Research and Application on LCC Method for Construction Industry in China
Against the background of sustainable development and economic globalization, challenges of construction industry faced in china were given out. Life cycle cost (LCC) analysis method was introduced. The research status and main study contents of LCC at home and abroad were commented detailed, the effect of LCC on the development of construction industry in China was analyzed, four processes of total lifecycle cost analysis for construction enterprises were given: diagnosis and scoping, data collection and cost structured breakdown of costs, analysis and modeling, reporting and decision-making; the problems and causes existed in implementing LCC method for construction industry in china at present from three parts: the policy, technology and personnel; finally, the detailed recommendations and 6 ways of implementing LCC were put forward.
