A Research on Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Personality Traits and Turnover Intention Based on Gender Differences
This paper uses empirical research methods to study the differences among organizational commitment, job satisfaction, personality traits and turnover intention based on MBA students gender. As a result, we find that MBA students gender nearly shows no significant difference in these variables. This paper is one conclusion of the subject: Research on relationship between organizational commitment, job satisfaction, personality traits and turnover intention.
