Core Competence System of Corporations from the View of Social Capital
Essentially, the core competence refers to a systeM of competences, in which different competences have different levels and coordinate with each other so as to support corporations to participate in competition. The core competence system of corporations can be divided into three levels, say the central level, the operational level and the resource-access level, and then the function mechanism of the system is analyzed from the view of social capital.
