Building Modern Ecological Industrial Park on the Basis of Circular Economy

摘要：

This paper first summed up the connotation of circular economy, and then analyzed the problems that existed in the circular economy industrial parks of China. This paper thought two problems affected the vitality of the circular economy industrial park in China. One was the mechanism that building circular economy industrial parks were mainly dominated by government, and another was the problem of usage of recourse. At last, this paper put forward principles and routes which were useful for building modern ecological industrial park to solve these problems mentioned above.
