Establishing Eco-industrial Park with the Concept of Circular Economy
Circular economy is a new economic growth mode, by resource of continuous processing and recycling to reach the purpose of enhancing resource utilization, conserving resources and reducing pollution. Ecoindustrial Park is a new form of industrial organization based on the concept of circular economy and industrial ecology principles. Circular economy theory is one of core theories of building the ecoindustrial park, therefore, the construction of ecoindustrial parks need to follow the concept of circular economy.
