Discussing the New Time Meaning of Saving

摘要：

This article breakthrough traditional concept of saving, from the deterioration of the environment and resources shortage of social contradictions and problems during human society development to save the level with waste time saving, and put forward the people-centered concept of time value of life. It summarizes the new era of saving. Its aim is to pay attention to reality of wasting looming, the conservation of saving in theoretical study, and improve the understanding and implementation of saving.
