Analysis on Hi-tech Spearheading Development of Traditional Industries
The paper conducts research and discussion by combining the development of hi-tech industries with the development of traditional industries. Industrial development, structure and environment constitutes an important basis for enterprise growth; hi-tech should spearhead the development of traditional industries in the process of promoting the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in China; emerging industries need to seize the commanding height of industrial development through the advantages of science and technology as well as to foster, integrate into and activate the fields of traditional industries; technical support will be provided for remolding traditional industries by promoting the development of innovative and high-technology, of which the radiation and diffusion toward traditional industries should be expedited. The expansion of industrial scale as well as the development of industrial economy is undergoing a synchronous process of elimination and optimization, of which the simultaneous implementation should be grasped properly. As to carrying out the theoretical connotation of the five balances, it should be embodied in the overall coordination, integration and development of emerging and traditional industries. Industrial environment with more development space should be created for enterprise growth.
