Study on Traffic Response Gradation and Strategy of Traffic Organization in City Public Emergency

摘要：

In order to cope with city public emergencies better, give a full play to the basic role of traffic in emergency assistance, according to the grade of city emergencies, communication department puts forward corresponding traffic response grade, and offer judicial criterion, in view of different traffic response grade proposing traffic organization measures to cope with likely happening emergency, and the most important, lower the degree of influence on emergencies. Make sure that city construction and peoples living are processing healthily and orderly.
