Setting up science development view is must change the traditional development thought pattern, realizes the economy sustainable development and the resources forever to use. At present, our countrys resource shortage, the tendency of ecological environment worsening was still very serious. Develop and use new sources of energy, promotes the new energy substitution can relieve energy shortage, realize economy and society sustainable development of positive circle, which is an important measure to protect the environment.
