The resource-based industries have become the fastest growing sectors in the economy of China. The regionalization trend is increasingly clear, the structures upgrade slowly, and the industrial structure simplification is obvious. There are overcapacity problems as a whole, and the raw materials and markets exteriorization is accelerating. Financial crisis leads to resourcebased industries structure contradiction more prominent, the existing policy of expanding domestic demand will not help the resource-based adjustment of industrial structure.
