Research on the Flezible Standard for Project Investments
Based on combining classical western finance theory and the actual situation of financial evaluation of Chinas project investment, this paper expounds general principles of Chinas current flexible standard for project investments, and points out errors of peoples understanding towards flexible standards for project investments in reality, It also makes clear that the flexible standard should be the lowest expected return rate for the project investment. In this paper, it points out the method of Weighted Average Cost of Capital is a simple and scientific method for determining the flexible standards of project investments at present.
