Research on the Reciprocal Mechanism Between Industry Structure and Employment Structure

The reciprocal influence mechanism between Chinas industry structure and employment structure is empirically analyzed. Differed the traditional theory, the mechanism model and empirical model of industry structure and employment structure is established. The study shows that in theory industry structure and employment structure change with the shift of labor. But in fact labor surplus exists in all industries of our country. The shift mechanism of labor is not so obvious. And the relation between Chinas industry structure and employment structure is not same pace. These theory models and empirical analytic conclusions are very important to regulate our countrys industry structure and improve the absorption ability of employment.
