Quality of College Teaching-Aided Website Service: Case Study

Teaching-Aided Website (TAW) is a complex social technical system. As a result, the evaluation on TAWs service quality (SQ) is a complicated social process. The paper analyzes the characteristics of college TAW. Then it designs the evaluation index system and approach for measuring the Websites SQ. AT last, it gives the process and result of the case study on a college TAW. The data indicate that the elements include usability, accessibility, and empathy which have significant positive relativity with websites total SQ. And the order of them is accessibility, usability, and empathy according to the influencing degree on websites total SQ.
