The Knowledge Collaboration Effects of R&D Project Team

摘要：

This paper discusses the factors which influence the effects of knowledge collaboration in the knowledge collaboration process of R&D project team. Furthermore,through the study of knowledge collaboration theory and blooms taxonomy, the algorithm of knowledge collaboration effects between the members of the R&D project team is presented. Finally, a case is given to illustrate the algorithM in detail.
