Theoretic Thought on the Constraints of Information Quality under Network Information-sharing Environment
Because of special characteristics of information quality (IQ) in the network information-sharing, the information quality management (IQM) generally is lack of a perfect and systematic theory and method that can be accepted extensively, the existing IQM theory can seldom guide effectively IQM work in the practice of network information-sharing. That makes the IQM in the network information-sharing lack of unified standards for measurement and guidance of quality control. By using constraints of information quality (CIQ) concept, this paper has carried on a kind of helpful theory to explore on IQ and existing analysis under the network information-sharing environment, and enable to form a unified understanding. This will be beneficial to take the new thinking of quality control, method and measure to carry on IQ improvement, and make it better in problem solution in practice.
