A Rapid Decision-Making Model in Supply Chain Finance Emergency Based on GDSS

In order to achieve the rapid and effective decisionmaking mechanism to play down the loss to the minimuM in supply chain finance emergency, a collaborative decision-making model is used in this paper. It analyses the decision-making demand of emergency as scientific, rapid and effective, and gives modeling method, rapid decision-making flow and major processes to achieve decision-making demand. Then it sets up a fuzzy of multi-objectives many-persons decision makings model with examples, and adopts set pair analysis as the method for consensus evaluation. Final, a model based on GDSS is pointed out to realize effective decision-making.
