Double Close Loop Electrode Regulator System Based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control Technology

electrode regulator system of ore smelting electric arc furnace is a nonlinear, multivariate, parametertime-varying system, and its accurate mathematics model, inter-disturbance and outer-disturbance are unstable, so it is put forward a method of active disturbance rejection control strategy measure. Design an electrode disturbance rejection controller which is independent from object model, and correct its parameter. The outstretched state monitor of active disturbance rejection controller can monitor system state and outstretched state at real time, thus it fulfills the feedback of the whole state, compensation control of instability and outerdisturbance of system. Comparing this system with traditional single close loop constant current control system, it increases electrode place loop. The simulation experiment proves that this system is not only having strong robustness, but also having strong inhibition force for inter and outerdisturbance, besides that it has superior active performance.
