A synthetical information audit of a Chinese operator practical study

摘要：

Information audit (IA) provides strategic direction and guidelines for the management of an organizations information resources management. Though some of the IA methods are discussed, the practical study is seldom. This paper put forwards a synthetical IA approach, which is tailored and integrated based on the existed methodologies. Next the paper applies the method to a case study that demonstrates how to adapt the methodology to implement IA for a Chinese large-size company. Finally the paper summaries the conclusions of this study.
