Study on Knowledge Ezchange and Learning in Knowledge Teams Based on Knowledge Chain

摘要：

This study aims at furthering our understanding of system framework of knowledge teams. Based on introduction the concept of knowledge chain and knowledge network, the paper explore the dynamic capability construction mechanism of knowledge teams by Learning through knowledge chain network coordination. We propose that keeping in contact with the knowledge chain network is an important tacit for team members and knowledge teams to tackle with complicated innovative problems.
