Virtual Models of Scientific Data Sharing

摘要：

In this paper, first of all, the development, application, research status of a virtual organization is introduced. Then based on the scientific data supply chain, the virtual organization mode of German national infrastructure is analyzed. Third, compared Chinas national scientific data sharing project with German national infrastructure project. And finally put forward the views and opinions.
