The Distribution Plan of the Carrier Business Based on Emergencies
Emergency Logistics is a hot issue, meanwhile, emergency logistics of enterprises also is an important aspect. This paper focuses on the distribution business decision-making of enterprises based on emergency logistics. In the case of unexpected incidents this paper holds that there are three features in the emergency supplies distribution. They are dynamic supply demand for emergency supplies, the lack of transport vehicles and carriers and companies who try to complete tasks under the premise of contingency in order to make profit. Based on these three features, the dynamic distribution and its plan are discussed in detail, and so does the dynamic planning model. Under the premise of time requirements, the goal of this distribution scheme is the lowest cost path. Then, this paper uses fuzzy programming to acquire distribution plan. In addition, this paper discusses the emergency supplies of outsourcing decisionmaking.
