The international aspects of construction have been studied for several decades. However, there is not yet an established and accepted area of knowledge on it. “International Construction is still a nascent field with few researchers, and the link between research and practice on it is rather weak. The paper addresses the following questions: What is international construction? What does its study comprise? What has been found on it? How does that relate to current practice?
