Cost Allocation of Ezisting Residential Buildings’ Energy Saving Reconstruction Based on Multi-person Cooperation

摘要：

Energy saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings makes slow progress owing to the shortage of reconstruction cost. The cost allocation model is set up and the solving steps are given in this paper. This model combines the thinking of multi-person cooperation and allocation standard negotiated by each beneficiary. The method has explicit economic meaning, and the cost allocation result can be accepted readily by every side. Thus energy saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings will be carried out easily.
