Study on the Option Values of Solar Building Based on Real Option Theory

摘要：

In order to carry out effective analysis of the option values of solar building, first of all, through using the real option theory as basis for further study and analysis, this paper analyzes the advantages of real option theory on which values of solar building are evaluated，then defines the option values of solar building, and establishes formulas which calculate one of these option values of solar building. Through integrating these formulas, this paper establishes the calculation model of option values of solar building. This paper also gives the framework of applying real option method in the field of solar building. Finally, this paper carries out a brief study on the related incentive policies which are based on the analysis of option values of solar building.
