Application of Matter Element Analysis Method to Tenderer Prequalification

摘要：

Prequalification is an important step in the process of construction engineering tendering and bidding, and plays a key role in the tendering and bidding companies. Prequalification determines whether tender can win eligibility for tender, and it is a key first step for the tender in the process of tenderer. This thesis analyzes characteristics of construction project prequalification. Then a new evaluation method based on matter element analysis theory is presented for tenderer prequalification. A case is chosen to demonstrate the working steps of matter element analysis model in tenderer prequalification. The prequalification level can be obtained by matter element analysis model. The evaluation results can offer a quantitative foundation for decision makers to have a successful decision making.
