Research on the Individual Practice Qualifications Supervision of Construction Industry in China

摘要：

In this paper, the author first presents the general situation about the individual practice qualifications supervision of construction industry, then analyses the main problems existed in the individual practice qualifications supervision of construction industry. Finally, the author puts forward the concrete countermeasures on the individual practice qualifications supervision of construction industry, which includes that: (1) Establish the supervision mode of the individual practice qualifications adapting to overall environment of the construction industry in China; (2) Improve the laws and regulations of the individual practice qualifications supervision of the construction industry in China; (3) Specify the market subject status of practice qualifications personnel of construction industry; (4) Fully play the role of professional associations in the individual practice qualifications supervision; (5) Fully play the important role of the market mechanism in the individual practice qualifications supervision.
