Mechanism Analysis for Construction of Urban Rail Transportation Safety Standard System
It is more and more important of urban rail transportation system in city development and plebeian daily life of our country. But in the process of construction and operation of urban rail transportation, some time happens such things as safety accidents, causing some personal injury and property loss. Hence, it is urgent affairs that constructing a scientific and reliable safety standard system for our country’s urban rail transportation. Based on the analysis of urban rail transportation safety accidents, this paper determine the structure composing of the urban rail transportation safety standard system by using the method of system analysis, providing a basis for the development and revision of the urban rail transportation safety standard in a regular period in the future.
