Research on the Training Pattern of Skilled Worker in the Chinese Construction Industry

The construction industry is our national economy prop industry. However, the shortage of skilled workers, especial highskilled workers, has already become an important factor which restricted the development of the construction industry, even affected our nation’s and people’s property security. The paper analyses the status of the shortage of skilled workers in construction industry and studies on the reasons of skilled worker shortage in construction industry. It makes it a conclusion that the construction enterprises and the workers can not solve the problems by themselves. The paper puts forward a skilled workers’ training pattern in which the government plays an important role, by making a government training allowance plan, collecting training tax to and making training funds. Thus, we can improve the worker training participation rate and increasing skilled workers’ supply, while increasing the number of people in training and expand skilled workers quantity.
