The Study of Cost Control of Lean Construction Based on the Calculated PPC Principle

摘要：

With the continuous development of Chinas economy, construction has become more and more important. As the reconstruction in the disaster areas and urban-rural integration request, the construction cost of lean control has became the focus of attention of the government and the construction industry. this article has studied on the cost control of lean construction based on the calculated PPC principle (the principle of calculating the rate of task completion).the results showed that the calculated PPC principle will save the inputs of raw materials of the stream of producing and control the construction progress precisely. This paper may throw some new light on the quantitative study of cost control and construction management.
