The Research on the Follow-up Audit Processes and Methods of Colleges and Universities Construction Projects

Colleges and universities construction projects are vital to the development of higher education. In this paper it is discussed that the problems and reasons in the follow-up audit of the construction projects, analyzed the processes and methods of the follow-up audit, pointed out the solutions and advises. The follow-up audit is divided into three processes: pre-audit, matter in the audit and post audit. To avoid the behavior of poor consciousness, non-standard follow-up audit processes, disordered management and the lack of professional auditors, this paper is analyzed the audit methods, such as cyclic check, computer-assisted method, verify the record, the performance of control, site test and so on. The solutions contain stepping up publicity, enhancing the understanding of the follow-up audit, the coordination of all aspects of the relationship in the construction projects, specify the follow-up audit rules and working with qualified follow-up audit companies.
