Research on Information Disclosure of Risk-Management Competence in Architecture Enterprise

摘要：

How to face the great changes of the economic situation at home and abroad, and be in an invincible position in the fierce competition of the market, it has become the primary issue which architecture enterprise must face. Risk management competence is not only the competence of any recognition, evaluation and answer for the risk of listed company, but also the disclosure of information. This competition will increase transparence of building enterprises, and redound to build correctly understanding of its actual level of risk management capabilities and improve timely, and make correct judgment and decision. This paper discusses the content, manner and checkout mode of the disclosure of risk management competence information.
