Construction of Evaluation Indez System on Bidding Risk for International Petroleum Project
There are many risk factors influencing international petroleum project bidding, for which it is of great necessity to construct a scientific and reasonable risk evaluation index system. Theoretical analysis and systematic analysis being used, primary risk evaluation index system is constructed based on the characteristics of international petroleum project bidding, in the process of which the existing risk evaluation index system on international engineering project is used for reference; In accordance with the principles of constructing index system, the calculation results of average value, standard deviation, dispersion coefficient, upper and lower limits of confidence interval derived from the statistics showing all indicators’ importance degree, are taken as variables for risk analysis, using SPSS, and then, the average values are input into cluster analysis to calculate the distance between any two indicators, according to which, the indicators are excluded which are not able to show the bidding risk comprehensively, or which are highly correlated between each other. By means of the indicators carefully chosen, final evaluation index system on bidding risk for international petroleum project is given out, which provides a basis for further evaluation.
