Research on Risk Factors Identification and Risk Evaluation of Oilfield Ground Engineering Project
Oilfield ground engineering has the features of a wide range, large investment, a long development cycle, high technical requirements; many influencing factors, and benefits exist with risks, so errors in any link will cause the occurrence of risks and large loss, which will directly impact on capacity building of oil companies. It’s necessary to recognize the risky factors and carry out risk analysis on oilfield ground engineering. Based on the characteristics of oilfield ground engineering projects, the paper analyses risk factors of the oilfield ground engineering project, uses cluster analysis to identify the main risk factors, namely the evaluating index, and then uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on the oilfield ground engineering project’s risk evaluation to confirm the risk, in order to find countermeasures to reduce the occurrence of losses.
