Research on the Monitoring and Management of Post-Venture Capital Investment

摘要：

Strengthening studies of the risk monitoring, especially the management and monitoring studies after risky investment will be directly related to the survival and development of the investment subject. This article mainly analyzes the supervision factors and management content after venture capital organization’s investment on risky enterprises, thus establishes supervision management system. This system includes risky controlling system and risky managing system. Risky controlling system includes three branches, that is, risky supervising system, risky evaluation system and risky controlling system. Risk evaluation system sets up controlling factors after venture capital investment, and run a risk grade evaluation using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. This paper takes Hei longjiang ChenNeng investment and Management Company as an example to do the empirical study.
