Design of Liability Insurance Framework in the Field of Construction

摘要：

Taking the project all life-cycle as the master line, discuss the work range and contents of relative aspects who participate in the construction project in the aspect of all life-cycle, and analyze the civil liability that the parties may bear in the process of construction and management of project according to relative law, design the framework of liability insurance in construction filed from the aspects of parties, kinds of insurance and construction process respectively, offer a systemic scheme for carrying out liability insurance in construction filed.
