Research on Risk Distribution under DBO Model

摘要：

Design-Build-Operate(DBO)is a new project procurement model，which is implemented in public works worldwide in recent years．This paper analyses the risk factors according to DBO’s characteristics, summarizes the principles of risk distribution in DBO model, and proposes the framework of risk distribution.
