Study on the Risk Control of Project of Construction Agency System Based on the Interface Management

摘要：

Because the risks from the agency constriction project by government are varied and complicated and the interface management has the unique advantage in the complex system management, the making use of the interface management has the significance in risk control of the project. This paper based on the analysis on the interface management of the project not only has expatiated the main responsibilities of the stakeholders but also has advanced a few improved measures about the interface management and studied how these methods control effectively the risks and put forward the corresponding risks management system and specific instrument. This paper unifies the organic implementation situation of the engineering project authorized management of our project invested by government.
