Management Integration of Engineering Project Supply Chain Based on Lean Construction

摘要：

With the rapid change and development of engineering project market and competition approach, as well as the increasing requirement standard of construction customers, it is much necessary to adopt some new management theories and methods to increase the overall construction management competitive capability. Using the traditional supply chain management theory for reference, this paper integrated engineering project supply chain total life cycle, process, system, risk and knowledge based on the theory of lean construction, and detailed analyzed the advantages of supply chain management integration, which is beneficial to improve the core competitive ability of engineering project management.
