Modelling Synergetic Response Efficiency of Agile Supply Chains

摘要：

Agility refers to effective, flexible accommodation of unique customer demands to obtain competitive edge in uncertain environment. Key to providing agile response is the efficiency throughout the supply chain. In this paper, the concepts of synergetic response efficiency based on collaboration of all suppliers is defined, the model of the synergetic response efficiency is founded. The response interval that ensures the supply chain has specified synergetic response efficiency is determined. The model is applied to design the rules for comparing the synergetic response efficiency.
