Analysis on Order Processing Decision-Making under Supply Chain Environment

摘要：

It analyses problems existing in order processing, and suggests to begin with theory of system and take resource management strategy, demand management strategy, and manufacture strategy under supply chain environment in order to optimize order processing operation. Based on the information shared in supply chain, order urgent degree is acquired. It builds the index system and takes analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to solve the sequence setting problem. Combining shared information in supply chain with actual operation of an enterprise, the influence of information shared in supply chain to the order processing sequence result is proved.
