Comprehensive Evaluation Model of SDN Partners of General Engineering Enterprise Based on RBF Neural Network
Because of weak competitiveness of our general engineering enterprises in the international construction market, a new business operation mode is constructed based on Supply and Demand Network (SDN) with Multi-Functional and Opening Characteristics for general engineering enterprises. On the basis of this, to choose the right partners, a comprehensive indicator system is proposed. The system comprises willingness to cooperate, technology level, ability to fund operations, integrated management capabilities, market competitiveness and so on. Then, the muti-indices comprehensive evaluation model of partners is built based on radial basic function neural network. Finally the real partner enterprises and its relative data are employed to testify the validity of the proposed approach.
