Modeling for EPC Supply Chain of Construction Industry Based on Arena

Construction industry is always the mainstay industry in our country. However, the level of technology and management for construction enterprises is still lower. Adopting CSCM is an effective mode to improve their performance and enhance their core competitive capacity. Supply chain simulation is one of quantities methods to study its actions and performance. EPC model is a contracting pattern that is commonly used by the foreign engineering. In this paper, the conceptual model of CSCM is designed for EPC model. By this way, a general-purpose and powerful simulator, Arena, is employed for modeling simulation models in order to research the EPC supply chain further.
