A Performance Assessment Model for Green Residential Supply Chain Based on Life Cycle Theory

摘要：

With the growing awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development, green supply chain management has become a new trend in the housing industry. Based on life cycle theory, a system of green residential supply chain is proposed, detailed in the process and the involved participants. From the aspect of qualitative and quantitative analysis, a performance assessment model is set up with the use of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process. A case study is done here to check the accuracy of the model, providing a new way for the real estate developers to estimate the performance of the green supply chain.
