Study of Construction Supplier Selection Model Based on Improved Grey Relevancy
Construction supplier selection is a multi-objective evaluation that is difficult to effectively conduct. This paper establishes the evaluation index system of supplier selection in construction supply chain. It puts forward exactly ideal matrix and negative ideal matrix with the application of fuzzy math and grey systems basic theory, and establishes comprehensive evaluation model of the suppliers’ decision-making. In identifying the weight of indicator system, entropy method has been used effectively to avoid the unfavorable effects of subjective factors. The investigation and experiment confirm that the method is highly feasible and easy to implement.
