The Dynamic Performance Evaluation Model for Construction Supply Chain Management

With the rapid development of the construction industry, construction supply chain management has become a new kind of construction management model and it’s more and more accepted by construction enterprises. It is necessary to set up an objective and scientific performance evaluation system for construction supply chain management in order to promote the harmonious development of construction supply chain. This paper takes the idea of dynamic principle and method, then an evaluation model based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique for management performance, considering construction supply chain management’ requirement is presented in this paper. The relative weightings are based on the quantitative data provided by 21 experts in relevant fields.And finally the evaluation model are used for a case to identify problems and make sure the smooth progress of construction projects.
