Building of the High Contact Service Marketing System for Real Estate Enterprises
Traditional marketing system with elements of environment, quality, place and price, is no longer a competitive advantage for the real estate businesses in China today. It’s an inevitable choice for them to take service into the whole process of service marketing. Based on the demand-side market, with an analysis to the real estate service operations, delivery system and process of customer assessment at service, this paper builds a high degree contact of service marketing system with a view to help real estate companies to establish a whole process service marketing concept and launch high effective, continuous and scientific marketing management in practice.
