Research on Pricing of Entrepreneur Human Capital
The entrepreneur is the development engine and strength source in enterprise. The exertion degree of entrepreneur human capital is closely interrelated to the enterprise success. It decides whether enterprises could survive and sustainable development in the competition or not. In china, the research on entrepreneur’s human capital pricing is still at the exploratory stage. Based on the principalagent theory, incentive theory and human capital theory, this paper made a collection and sorting of research achievement of entrepreneurs pricing, carried out a detailed analysis of the characteristics of entrepreneurs, found that existing pricing methods almost focused on how to measure the real value of the entrepreneur human capital and ignore the potential value of their own. In view of this, the paper designed an indicator system based on factors affecting the value exertion of entrepreneurs human capital, options pricing method were used to determine the real value of human capital, the AHP and Fuzzy method were used to determine the exertion level of human capital. The paper built a human capital pricing model of entrepreneurs and then selected a real estate enterprise as the example, made an analysis of its entrepreneurs human capital value, and proposed some countermeasures to the potential value exertion.
