Promotion Strategy of Real Estate Enterprise by Game and Real Option Theory in Financial Crisis Situation

The new relationship of checks and balances, among the three bodies (the real estate enterprise, home-buyer, and government) in the real estate market in the financial crisis situation, has been analyzed. Taking characteristics of the real estate market into account, the primary goal of this paper is to construct a game model between the real estate enterprise and the market environment (constituted by the government and the home-buyer), adding the Real Option factor to analyze, and to suggest a promotion strategy of the real estate enterprise which can make the enterprise to be back out of the impasse in large cities, and achieve self-promotion by this chance.
