Research on the Knowledge Sharing Mechanism to Realize Lean Supply Chain Management

摘要：

Lean supply chain management is a concept receiving more and more concern, and has been introduced into the real estate field, this paper is just based on the trend, and provides an opinion to enhance the competitiveness of the real estate enterprises. Based on a comprehensive study about the characteristics of real estate supply chain management model and lean supply chain management, this paper presents that a scientific knowledge sharing mechanism with real estate features is the key to realize the lean supply chain management mode and discussed what the content should the mechanism include and the technology platform as foudation of the mechanism.
