Crisis Management of Social Unezpected Affairs in Chinese Construction Enterprises
The paper puts forward two analytical ideas of crisis management of social unexpected affairs in Chinese construction enterprises using game theory: one is taken as an occasional disturbance in the view of social stochastically stable theory, and the other is taken as the intentional action in the view of subjective game model. Then it analyzes the evolving mechanism of social unexpected affairs in Chinese construction enterprise based on the subjective game model, that’s the construction enterprise employee, especially so-called rural workers, seeks for some approach to change the enterprise existing convention or institution (game rule) under the interior cognizing crisis and the exterior environment strike. Based on the above research, the paper analyzes crisis management in the different phases of social unexpected affairs in Chinese construction enterprises including the latent, arising and resuming period.
